Rehabilitation & Exercise Library

Rehabilitation plays an important role in the management of many musculoskeletal, neurological and orthopaedic conditions. Appropriate rehabilitation aims to restore mobility, improve strength, optimise movement patterns, and support a safe return to daily activities, work, exercise and sport.

This resource has been developed to provide general information about rehabilitation and exercise for different regions of the body. It includes examples of commonly prescribed exercises, movement strategies, and rehabilitation principles used within our clinic.

Rehabilitation may form part of treatment following injury, surgery, chronic pain conditions, arthritis, sporting injuries, tendon disorders, or regenerative procedures such as PRP therapy.

The exercises and information provided throughout this library are intended as general educational resources only. Individual rehabilitation programs should always be tailored to a person’s specific diagnosis, symptoms, goals and stage of recovery.
