  • Weight management
  • GLP-1 nutrition support
  • Diabetes and pre-diabetes
  • Heart health and cholesterol management
  • Gut health and IBS
  • Women’s health
  • Sports nutrition
  • Healthy eating
  • Meal planning
  • Food intolerances

Our goal isn’t simply to tell you what you should eat, it’s to help you understand nutrition and develop habits that work for the long term.

Weight Management

Healthy weight loss isn’t about strict diets or cutting out your favourite foods. We work with you to identify the factors influencing your weight and create practical nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle.

Our focus is on sustainable habits that support long-term health rather than short-term dieting.

GLP-1 Nutrition Support (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and Similar Medications)

GLP-1 medications can be an effective part of a weight management plan, but nutrition remains essential for achieving the best outcomes.

Our dietitian can help you:

  • Meet your protein requirements
  • Reduce muscle loss
  • Manage nausea and digestive side effects
  • Prevent nutritional deficiencies
  • Manage constipation
  • Plan meals around reduced appetite
  • Build healthy eating habits that continue beyond medication

Whether you’re just starting treatment or have been taking a GLP-1 medication for some time, nutrition support can help maximise your results.

Diabetes Management

Nutrition is one of the most effective tools for managing diabetes.

Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed or have been living with diabetes for many years, we provide practical advice that fits into your everyday life.

Support may include:

  • Blood glucose management
  • Carbohydrate education
  • Meal planning
  • Weight management
  • Reading food labels
  • Grocery shopping guidance
  • Long-term diabetes management

Heart Health

Healthy eating can significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

We provide practical nutrition advice for people managing:

  • High cholesterol
  • High blood pressure
  • Heart disease
  • Elevated triglycerides
  • General cardiovascular health

Gut Health

Digestive symptoms can affect every part of your day.

Our dietitian can help manage conditions such as:

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  • Bloating
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhoea
  • Reflux
  • Food intolerances

Where appropriate, structured nutrition approaches such as the Low FODMAP Diet can be used while ensuring your diet remains nutritionally balanced.

  • Endometriosis
  • Fertility

What Happens During Your First Appointment?

Every consultation is personalised.

During your first appointment we will:

  • Discuss your medical history
  • Understand your goals
  • Review your current eating habits
  • Review relevant blood test results (if available)
  • Identify nutritional concerns
  • Develop a personalised nutrition plan
  • Set practical goals that suit your lifestyle

Rather than providing a generic meal plan, we aim to help you develop confidence in making healthy food choices that you can maintain long-term.

Do I Need a Referral?

No.

Most patients can book directly without a referral.

If your GP has prepared a Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly EPC), you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
