Clinical Pilates at Foot, Ankle & Body Experts

Clinical Pilates is a clinician-led form of Pilates tailored to support injury rehabilitation, pain reduction, improved movement quality and long-term musculoskeletal health.

At Foot, Ankle & Body Experts, our Clinical Pilates sessions are delivered by qualified physiotherapists and myotherapists, combining movement science with hands-on musculoskeletal expertise to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active.

Why Choose Clinical Pilates With Us?

Our team brings together expertise in physiotherapy and myotherapy, meaning your program is informed by:

• Clinical assessment and injury diagnosis
• Muscle imbalance correction
• Movement retraining
• Strength and stability progression
• Pain management strategies

This allows us to address not just symptoms, but the underlying movement patterns contributing to discomfort.

Group Clinical Pilates Classes

Our group Clinical Pilates sessions are intentionally limited to just two participants per class.

This 1:2 format allows you to receive highly personalised guidance while benefiting from the motivation of training alongside one other person.

Unlike larger studio classes, our semi-private sessions ensure:

• Close supervision from a qualified physiotherapist or myotherapist
• Ongoing technique correction and safe progression
• Programs tailored to your specific injury or goals
• Minimal wait time between exercises
• A calm, focused environment

This format bridges the gap between 1:1 rehabilitation and larger group Pilates — delivering premium clinical oversight at a more accessible price point.

Who Is 1:2 Clinical Pilates Ideal For?

• Clients transitioning from individual rehab
• Those managing back, neck or joint pain
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Runners, cyclists and gym-goers wanting strength support
• Anyone who prefers personalised attention over busy studio classes

All participants complete an initial assessment before commencing semi-private sessions to ensure exercises are appropriate and safe.
